We'd like to thank all of our friends and supporters who came out to celebrate THE RESCUE - our 3rd Annual Auction & Cocktail Party fundraiser. Last year, PARL's foster parent volunteers lovingly cared for over 125 kittens and puppies until they were old enough for adoption into permanent homes. PARL stands behind these volunteers by providing food, litter, bedding, toys and other supplies. But these items don't just fall from the sky!
