Pet Microchipping -- Helps You Find Lost Pets PARL offers low-cost microchipping for your pet. For only $20, PARL will microchip your much-loved pet and register your contact information. If your pet ever gets lost, then any vet, animal control, or rescue league can scan your pet, look up your contact information, and contact you right away. PARL Animal Fostering Programs Foster Care Volunteers are needed!  As a foster parent, you will provide in-home care to animals that need a break from the shelter environment or  require special attention.
